I undertake not to disclose any details relating to a client or case to any third party without the clients’ prior permission. If I use aspects of an investigation for illustrative purposes in a magazine article or other writing, I will ensure that no specific identifying details (names, locations etc.) are given.

I will never sell, or otherwise distribute, my client details to any third party, for any reason whatever.

I may occasionally contact past or potential clients, with news of forthcoming events, Christmas cards, pens, and other promotional goodies! If you do not wish to be so contacted, please let me know by email.

If you, as a prospective client, have any concerns whatsoever, regarding privacy and confidentiality, I will be happy to discuss them with you.
